I met Carmen in the first days of hi5.com, 5 years ago. We changed y!m ids, talked a lot about our continents, our countries, the differences between our cultures and especially about the music we loved. Then we took a 4 years break (don’t exactly know what happened to her, but I suspect she learned a lot to become a lawyer, and also got into a steady relationship with some dude which she’ll marry the next year). Anyway, she came back on yahoo messenger this year, and she told me about of interesting things about Lima, the clubs, the beach, the music, the people and so on. She also hates chileans because they kicked peruvian ass during the last war between the two countries. She talks to me in spanglish (indeed, Einstein, english mixed with a few spanish words) and she kinda forgot to translate the text into English. To my surprise, they don’t listen to dnb in Peru. There’s a single dnb pub in Lima. Yep, I asked her to write an article for my readers, and this is what she came up with:
